Cancellations/Change Reservation

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes you can. Go to our self-service tool ‘My Booking”. Please, always review the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy. Room specific cancellation information is included beside the room type under the ‘Conditions’ column

 

If I need to cancel my booking will I pay a cancellation fee?

It depends on the booking and hotel policy as to whether they will charge a cancellation fee, please check under ‘Hotel Policies’. This information is also included in your confirmation email. Please note that non-refundable can have a different policy. You can see specific room policies My Booking

 

Where can I find the cancellation policy of the hotel?

Room specific cancellation information is included beside the room type under the ‘Conditions’ column. Please note that with special deals, the cancellation or deposit policy differs from the normal policy, so it’s wise to check both. The specific information, relevant to your booking, will also be included in your confirmation and on My Booking.

 

Can I cancel or modify a non-refundable booking?

It is not possible to make change the dates of stay for a ‘Non-Refundable’ booking because of their low rates and condition set by the hotel. If you choose to cancel reservations for these rooms, you may incur charges according to the hotel’s policy. If you want to change details like the room type, room view, add breakfast or other, then you should speak directly with the hotel in order to agree the changes which may be chargeable depending on hotel’s policies. You can find details of the hotel contact on the confirmation.

 

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

Once you have cancelled your reservation you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don’t receive an email please contact us.

 

Property Policies

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?

Check-in and check-out times differ for each hotel. You will find them on the "Hotel Policies" section at the bottom of the hotel page as well as in your confirmation email.

 

I will be arriving much earlier or later than the check-in time mentioned. Am I still able to check-in?

You can request an early/late check-in by specifying your expected check-in time while you are making the reservation or you can contact the property directly, using the contact details found in your booking confirmation.

Please note that the property cannot always accommodate this request; they may be able to let you have your room early if there is availability, but there may not be anyone available to welcome you if you arrive late at night at a remote hotel/apartment. It's always best to check with the property directly in this case, to avoid any disappointment.#

 

I want to check out later than the check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay or you can ask about the possibility at reception upon arrival.

 

How do I get more information about the room or hotel facilities or amenities?

 

Room facilities should be listed under each room type or hotel page, to see the full list and photos just click on your desired room type. You can’t find all of the hotel facilities details then contact the hotel in advance of booking or let us know via email and we will check it out for you.

 

I want a smoking room however I can only choose a non-smoking room. How can I request a smoking room?

If there are no smoking rooms listed it means that the hotel does not allow smoking in rooms.

 

Payments

I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay?

The payment process is managed by our approved payment provider (this provider is accredited with the highest financial regulatory requirements).

You can check how you will be charged for your stay in the ‘Hotel Policies’, in the room description under ‘Conditions’ and in your booking confirmation, whether advance purchase or post-stay purchase.

The time the payment is taken will depend on for your stay and varies based on the individual hotel and room type. We will always request a payment method when booking the room/s this is in order to authorise payment in the event of not showing up or cancelling the room. We would not charge you if the payment is a post-stay purchase and the hotel would charge you directly

.

Can I pay for my stay in advance?

It depends on the hotel. Please contact the hotel after your booking to be sure, and to make the necessary arrangements. You can find the hotel’s contact information in your confirmation email

 

Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?

Not all hotels require an advance payment or deposit. If they do you will find the details under ‘Hotel Policies’ and in your confirmation email.

 

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used to make the reservation?

In most cases the hotel will accept payment for the stay on a different card or in cash. Please ensure that the new card or cash is accepted by the hotel.

 

Can i pay in a different currency? What will i be a charged.

Yes you can pay in the currency of your choice and will be charged according lt the currency exchange by your provider as the final payment is always taken in Euros.
